Driving laws, rental company policies, police checks, and official requirements may vary. We cannot guarantee acceptance in every situation, by every authority, or by every rental company.
5. Customer Responsibility
By placing an order, you confirm that:

- You are legally responsible for your own driving activity in Thailand
- You understand that traffic laws and local regulations must be followed
We are not responsible for fines, penalties, vehicle rental refusal, police decisions, accidents, legal issues, or any consequences related to your driving activity.
